Stephen C. “Steve” Curran, 80, of New Albany, Indiana passed away Sunday at Baptist Health Floyd. He was a native of Louisville, Kentucky and an Air Force Veteran and he retired from Pillsbury. Preceded in death by: brother – Patrick Curran; sisters – Judith Love and Joan Lee; parents – James, Sr. and Edith Curran. Survivors: wife of 39 years – Chyree Curran; daughters – Lisa Colvin (Kenny), Debra Bowe, Cheryl Curran, Marlana Curran and Stephanie Curran; grandchildren – Christina Mundy (Chris), Heather Colvin, Derrick Lea (Lindsay), Santanna Bickel (Eric), Ashley Cunningham, Tyra Curran, Parker Hauge; great grandchildren – Calley, Caleb, Troy, Anthony, Huston and Harlow; brother – Jim Curran, Jr.; sisters – Brenda Tucker and Gloria Poulter. Visitation: 11 am – 8 pm Thursday and 11 am – 1 pm Friday at the Market Street Chapel of Naville and Seabrook Funeral Homes. Funeral: 1 pm Friday at the Funeral Home. Interment: Private at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, New Albany. Expressions: St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Wounded Warriors.
