Obituary

Charlie A. Ernstberger, 55, passed away Monday July 13, 2020 at his home.  He was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana and was a graduate of the Providence High School Class of 1983.  He was a Machinist for the ICM/Krebsoge Company.  He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and go camping.  He loved ARCA stock cars, was a gun enthusiast, was a huge IU fan, and was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. Charlie’s favorite thing to do though, was watching his daughters play sports.    He was preceded in death by his mother: Carolyn Bolly Ernstberger and his father(who just passed away) Vernon Ernstberger.

Survivors include his wife of 26 years: Ollie Watkins Ernstberger,

his 3 daughters: Katie, Casee and Kelsi Ernstberger,

his 3 brothers: Michael Ernstberger(Sally), Ron Ernstberger(Trudi), and Jay Ernstberger(Lisa),

his sister: Brenda Crockett(Mike)and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM Friday July 24, 2020 at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church(316 N. Sherwood Avenue: Clarksville, IN) with burial in Marrowbone KY Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the church from 9 - 11 AM Friday before the Mass.  Charlie's arrangements have been entrusted to the Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes.

Memorial Contributions may be given to the Floyd County Animal Rescue League.
