William P. Yundt, 89, passed away Monday June 8, 2020 at the Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. He was born in Vincennes, Indiana and retired after more than 34 years of service at the American Synthetic Rubber Co. He was a member of the Indiana National Guard 151st Division, he loved to travel and to work his 10 acres. He was preceded in death by his parents: John and Lillian Yundt, his sister: Mary Alice and his brother: Paul David.
Survivors include his wife of almost 48 years: Lois Pierce Yundt,
His son: Randall Yundt,
2 daughters: Dorella Bauermeister and Claudia Yundt(Chip Meek),
7 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren,
2 Nieces: Susie and Tina, a Nephew: Ronnie, and a neighbor: Ed Drabek.
Due to the Covid Pandemic a Private Celebration of his life will be held on Friday at the Oak Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes(1846 E. Oak St.).
Public Visitation will be from 2 – 7 PM Thursday at the Oak Street Chapel.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the American Lung Association or the American Cancer Society.
