Kenneth R. Wiseman, 91, passed away Tuesday April 28, 2020 at the Autumn Woods Health Campus. He was born in Corydon, Indiana and was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He retired from the United States Postal Service after 31 years of service and spent his next several years caning chairs. He was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers(NALC), The Angels of Hope Cancer Support Society at Baptist Health Floyd and Silver Street United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents: Ralph and Dessie Wiseman, his son: Robert Alan Wiseman, his sister: Mary Shireman, his twin brother: Keith Wiseman and his brother: Gordon Wiseman.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years: Marilyn Gleitz Wiseman,
His daughters: Rita Baumgartle (Daniel), and Ruth Graves(Michael),
His son: Roger Wiseman (Mari Iida),
6 Grandchildren: Amy Baumgartle, Matthew Baumgartle(Ciera), Kirsten Ciarkowski(Charlie), Carson Graves(Bob-Bea), Karinne and Kaley Graves, and 4 Great-Grandsons.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes and due to the Covid Pandemic all arrangements will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Floyd Memorial Foundation on behalf of The Angels of Hope-Kenneth Wiseman.
